* $12 on orders between $76 and $100

* $10 on orders under $75

HOW LONG DOES US SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the destination.

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-7 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact our customer service at store@cuckoob.com for options.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Once an order has been shipped from Cuckoo B, it may be left unattended at the delivery address. If you would like a signature requirement please let us know at the time of your order to store@cuckoob.com.

HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?

Cuckoo B is a United States based company. We ship packages to international destinations through our local postal service (USPS First Class Package International). Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 15 business days of its ship date.

PLEASE NOTE that due to impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions international packages sent through USPS can take much longer to process through customs and process centers. Unfortunately this is a situation we cannot control. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact our customer service at store@cuckoob.com to arrange DHL Express 2-5 days service for an extra fee.

Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible. We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Upon arrival to the destination country INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO DUTIES AND TAXES BILLED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY’S CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance, we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are not responsible for customs or transit delays.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email confirmation from us with a tracking number and link to the carrier's tracking page. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

PLEASE NOTE once the parcel leaves the United States through USPS it is then transferred to your governments postal service. This means the USPS no longer receives status changes like a private service (FedEx, UPS, DHL) would. Once your parcel has reached the country from where the order was made we will no longer be able to provide status changes or tracking information. We recommend that once your package enters its destination country you use the same tracking number to track your order through your local's post office website or office.
